Type W
Permaweld chains typically h< ave a crank link construction. ✘↓The pins are pressed into the siπ&de plates, eliminating unnecessa¥ ✔ry wear caused by pin movement€♦. Precise punching of the plates©&•, automated machine welding, and bu→↓δπshing-to-side plate assembly ensure hi↔↕λgh quality and dimen≈≥$sional control. Medium carb₩₩Ωon steel is used for piβ'ns and plates and can beδ☆☆ heat treated to produce gr•>♠eater strength and wear r'↕☆"esistance. The bushing is made≥ε of carburized carbon steel and can €<₽be case hardened.
